The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S24 is making headlines thanks to a series of high-resolution renders and specifications leaked by Smartprix.com. Slated to be a tad taller but less wide than its predecessor, the Galaxy S23, its dimensions are expected to be 147 x 70.5 x 7.6 mm. Despite the subtle changes in size, the phone’s thickness remains consistent with the Galaxy S23.
The rear panel design appears to continue the legacy of its predecessor, featuring three cameras protruding individually from the frame, along with an LED flash. Notably, the renders suggest that the phone will offer a soft matte finish, enhancing the tactile experience.
On the display front, the Galaxy S24 is expected to flaunt a 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED Display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and will also support HDR10+ and Gorilla Glass protection. With Samsung’s well-established reputation for quality AMOLED displays, future users can anticipate exceptional visual quality.
The device is expected to house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset or an Exynos 2400 SoC, although the company has yet to confirm this. Alongside, it will come equipped with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, running OneUI 6 based on Android 14.
As for photography, the Galaxy S24 will feature a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. Given that the phone’s dimensions are almost identical to the Galaxy S23, the battery size is speculated to be in the range of 3900mAh to 4000mAh, supported by 45W wired charging and wireless charging options. The device is expected to have a Titanium Frame and be IP68 water and dust resistant.
