Samsung is set to take the bezel war to a new level with its upcoming Galaxy S24 and S24+ models. According to a tweet by the well-known leaker @UniverseIce, the total border or bezel thickness of these new phones will be around 2.5 mm. That’s roughly 0.2 mm thinner than what you’ll find on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max.
This development underscores Samsung’s continued efforts to offer sleek and high-end smartphones. Thinner bezels generally allow for a more immersive display experience, which can be a key selling point for consumers. While the difference may appear minimal, in the world of smartphone design, every millimeter counts. It will be interesting to see how this feature plays into Samsung’s overall strategy for the Galaxy S24 series.
